Our mission is to help YOU make proactive healthy choices to experience your full health potential.

Our Story

Shelley and Bo were working separately as Health Coaches. Our personal stories have been interwoven as our families have been friends for 15 years. We both are always looking for proactive, functional medicine focused ways to keep feeling good personally. We both love discovering simple ways to make it easy for our families and friends to willingly comply with a healthy lifestyle. This has included making healthy choices a fun thing, creating simple healthy food and embedding a desire to continually learn in the fabric of our businesses.

"At the magical age of 42 I was feeling run down, stressed out, and unable to cope with simple, daily tasks. I began a journey studying with Andrea Nakayama of Functional Medicine Alliance. Andrea focuses on finding the root cause to our bodies dis-ease symptoms and uses the mantra, “You are not what you eat, you are what your body can absorb and use of what you eat!"

With the determination to use food and supplemental therapies to heal, I became my own health detective and started uncovering inner resources and outside angels. Yoga and breath work became a non-negotiable, mindfulness and my reactions became fascinating. The saying, “How you do anything is how you do everything” started to make more and more sense each day.

To this day I believe that each of us has the unique capability to heal and thrive. My prayer is that God will use me to touch people where they need a positive word or encouragement in their own healing journey."
